A Kubota cab will surely feel nice in those Canadian winters. Kubota is top of the line in both tractors and cabs. They're OK in the summer because they keep chaff and dust out and you can manage temp to whatever your heart desires. If you get a cabless model, FEMCO sells a great weather shield custom designed for the teactor for $500 US. I have one on a Kubota M6800 and I also affix a storm window to the ROPS so that I'm almost completely shielded from the wind. I agree with you on cab damage in the woods. I use mine in the winter in the woods a lot and a cab would have seen considerable damage by now (7 1/2 years). Your call.
