Old, you come drive around in St.Cloud MN, downtown where all the Somalians drive and you will soon realize that they will give a licence to just about any one. How they can pass a test and drive like they do is beyond me. Not being discrimanatory, but they most really should not be on the public road way in control of a deadly vehicle.
