Nobody that sees a fixed rate listed for shipping has ANY reason to gripe about it AFTER the fact. If you listed the shipping at $15.00 and I wanted the item,I'd buy it.If I thought $15.00 was too high I'd hit the back button and keep looking.If you shipped it for less,I can say nothing,as I KNEW what the shipping was before hand. You need to be sure to add that buyer to your blocked bidder list.You don't want to deal with worthless,trash like that again. Also now you see how a buyer can screw a seller with feedback,even when they have no good reason.
