Can a PTO be added to a Case 580SE TL ???

While on the hunt for a more powerfull loader tractor,I came across a few Case 580SE TLs with out PTO.Is it possible to add a PTO to these tractors?If so how hard is it? What about adding a 4in1 bucket?
