After rock raking it and getting it to what you think is about right, go out at night with a stong flash light. Hold the flash light parrallel to the ground and about 2" above it. The light will show you high and low spots that you otherwise could not see in the light. Mounds will be lite up like a christmas tree. Use flour to mark the spots that need daylight attention...
