Well I have heard it all! Never pull a tractor to loosen it up I have seen to many engines trashed this way. never fill cyl.with fluid and leave plugs in hyd lock will happen and again you will ruin the engine. proper way is to remove rocker arms check to see if all the valves are closed remove plugs blow out fill with what ever K1 atf or pb blaster let it set find something that fits over pto shaft so you don" damage splines I use an old adapter with 2ft pipe wrench tractor in neutral pto engaged try moving back and forth over a couple of days.
