134 oil is fine for very cold weather, but as the temps rise the 80/90 is what the tractor was originally designed for. As for the pump gasket. They can rupture internally and not always leak to the outside. Check the bypass valve first. If you start disassembling the pump you will have to buy new gaskets. This information is related to piston type pump only. You need to check and see if you have a piston type or vane type pump.
