I am reposting this topic. I tried to reply to my previous post and I keep getting an error message. I totally forgot to include the tire size in the previous post. It is 13.6x38. Thanks to all who replied. There were some great ideas about my tire problem. I had never heard of a reliner for the inside of the tire, but I definitely will investigate it. The sidewall is in very poor shape all around the tire, so I am not sure as if it is a good idea. By the way, thanks to all who take part in this forum.
