Satoh tractor (What is a good buy?)

I'm looking at a 650G Satoh tractor with 975 hours on it. The motor sounds strong, with no crank case blow-by. The tires are good, the hydraulics seem to be in good shape. It comes with a 5' bush hog brand brush hog in excellent shape, a 5' angle blade and a home made boom. Any in put would be appreciated.
