Did I say it is Bush,s faulyt better go read again. What I will say is it is the power companys fault to a degree. Bush,s responsiblty is in lower regulations. This why I am not for nucular power. Sounds good but I know as well as you thjat bottom line is more important than safety. I worked for a good utilty that tried to do right but we had some supervisors that would cut corners too. I feel we have more important problems than ash. chemicals sulphur asbestoes etc. Thank god we had negoated a good safety program
