My parents just stopped in this afternoon after visiting my sister and her family.
They said that my brother in law now has to take an annual test in Madison County Il., with a fee of $100 so he can spread manure from his 800 some dairy cattle they have on their farm. They milk over 500 of them.
Has any one else heard of this or had to take the test in any other IL. County?
