Yea, They did a study. Probably got paid for by a Gov. grant to study an era that they never lived through. Hind sight is 20X20. I ALWAYS believe what some college twit tells me. I worked for my fair share of those " college educated " guys. NOT ONE had an ounce of common sense. FDR was willing to try & do anything to get out of that mess, that began on Wall Street. 1932-33 was the bottom, things got better after that. Look at tractor & auto production figures for the '30s. John Deere's for one. How many '32 & '33 Ds are left. Not many because they didn't build many.
