Think at this point you have to chaulk it up to experience. You can visit him, but what good will it do, you have a 5 hour round trip involved? You can go through the legal system, but it will cost you more in time & effort thay the judgement you get - and in the end you get a judgement, you do not get a _check_ from the simple courts, so you'll still nedd to collect.
