I have a round wire corn crib for my ear corn storage. I'm having a major problem with coons,deer,etc. eating away through the wire. They eat the kernals off the ear on anything sticking out or inbetween the wire. I have three layers of wire from the ground up about 50 inches. Everytime in snows I can go out there and find numours critter tracks around the crib. I have a live trap out there and will catch a coon now and then but not too often. I already work all night at my REAL job so I can't stand guard all night. I grind the corn up for steer feed and it lowers the quality of the feed for sure. Thank you in advance for suggestions in elemenating this problem.
