They pulled a dirty deal on NewFoundLand with the Church Hill Falls Power development in Labrador. The power lines had to be built across Quebec from Labrador into the Ontario, Quebec and New York markets. Quebec had NFL's Churchill project over a barrel by blocking the powerline build after the station was almost completed. Unless Quebec could purchase all the power for less than 2 cents per Kw hr. Then sells the power for 6 to 25 cents per KW hr. NFL's Churchill Falls project turned into a cash cow for Quebec and barely breaks even for NFL. Joey Smallsmallwood who signed the deal for NFL was either a dope or was paid off under the table. Quebec does have one nuclear complex with two units. Genetily 1 and 2. 1 was a boiling water unit that never worked. 2 is down or going down for a calandria re-tube.
