If there were any problems with the 99 SuperDuty pickups powered by the 7.3, they occured because of people chipping them. Far too many SuperDuty owners believe the absolute drivel posted by the wanna-bee truck drivers, high school dreamers, and absolute morons who post on thedieselstop.extremelystupid, who recommend and encourage the owners of these vehicles, whether they are powered by the 6.9,7.3,6.0, or 6.4L versions of these engines to modify them, then thedieselstop.extremelystoopid actually tells them how and encourages them to remove the 'chip' and lie to the dealer, telling them to tell the dealer that the vehicle has never been modified. These same a$$holes then come back and post, crying about how Ford will NOT honor their warranty. BTW, the dieselstop.extremelystewpid runs a close race with this site for having the most idiotic questions and answers of anywhere on the www.
