Maybe- check the parts books and shop manual for block parts numbers. If head bolt pattern is the same and belt or chain engine sprocket is the same you might be lucky enough to have a design that was upgraded to DOHC from the SOHC and kept most of rest of engine- it has happened. If you have different block parts number and head bolt pattern- out of luck. Sort of depends on if engines were made at roughly same time for same basic market even if slightly different vehicles. RN.
