Hard to Diagnosis without seeing. Hard to believe you have two cylinders without compression. They are pretty tough engines. Little pricey on parts $233/injector and $435 for pump. I have a 97 with 255,000(dually)auto and still get around 15 mpg and a 99 with 262000 and they both have been great and pull all the time and have 90 that has near 500,000 and still going. See if you can find a knowledgable person near by that look at it for you. Don't take it to the ford dealer because you'll really be in for sticker shock. Good Luck
