I wouldn't want limited slip in front or back - in any 4WD. It can throw you sideways right off a road. Nice thing about a standard differential is - the wheel with the best traction is hugging the road (not spinning) and holding you there as sort of an anchor; it keeps you centered on the road.
Maybe road conditions are different by you. I've had several 4WDs with posis/limited slip and I hated them. Last one I had was a Chevy S series SUV. I live on a very steep, dirt road that never gets salted when icy/snowbound. Come up the hill when really bad - and it would be doing fine until the posi kicked in. If you kept rolling, it wasn't so bad. But, if you were trying to get rolling from a dead stop? Forget it. Posi would make it walk sideways instead of going up.
I'm never noticed much gain - traction wise from the Posi either. Back when I was a field mechanic for a Deere dealer - we had two service vehicles. Both International Scouts. Both 4WD, but one had all open differentials and one had custom-installed posis - front and back. In ice and snow - the one with the posis didn't do any better - and often, was just plain dangerous.
Now, if someone came out with a four wheel locking mechanism that you could control with an off and off switch - that'd be kind of neat. Deere has it in their log skidders. Differentials have hydraulic clutch packs.

Jon's Allis has a small front loader and though it doesn't carry much, it serves his needs. It was the hard starting and low power that made him think it was time to replace the old girl.
