I do not have a central drain in my garage floor but luckily the water flows towards the side wall. I just put down a bead of silicon where I want to channel the water over to the lowest spot. I then drilled a few holes through the concrete floor so that it could drain out. Once in awhile I have to poke a wire in the holes if there is debris. I have sand underneath the floor and the amount of water is not that great so that it saturates it. A little water spread out on the floor can make a big mess.
