This may be a dumb idea, but if you dont have a central drain, maybe take 2X2's, then run a bead of construction adhesive on one side of the 2X2's, place them on the concrete and make a containment area, leaving the garage door side open. That at least would keep the water under the car to where you could sweep it out the door.
I would think that when summer comes you could just pry the 2X2's off the floor. I dont think the construction adhesive would stick that well.
