I used to get calls from an outfit trying to sell me pens or whatever they could put my name on. I tried their games of calling to have my name removed from their list and so on with no help. Finally when they called I order about $900 worth of personalized stuff sent to me COD. When the printer called to verify the spelling I told him that I planned to refuse it and send it back. Now that got their attention. I told them I was going to do it everytime they called until they quit. Never heard from them again. You gotta hit them where it hurts.
