From what I read New York is the most corrupt state.Others right up there with it are Illinois,Louisiana,Mississippi,Florida,New Jersey,Alaska and others.A lot depends on what you base it on,but if you went on total convictions it would be New York by quite a bit since they have lots of people.If you go by convictions per 100,000 of population then its North Dakota.New york has way more total crooks.
