We raise Dexter Cattle that are small and purebread. The cows stands about 42" and the Bulls at 48" at the shoulder. They are an Irish breed and are good milkers and give better meat per lb ratio than regular cows. We wanted "miniture cows" but were told they are all just inbread runts that keep producing small animals.
