i am not spreading false rumors. i think i am having a legitimate problem here. i bought something i didn't get. there is no question i was offered my money back. i was. i want the wheels though because if i didn't, i wouldn't have bought them in the first place. surely, the object here is to get what you want and pay for as a customer, and to provide a service to your customer as a seller. you fulfill their need of demand with supply. my gripe here is i didn't get what i paid for. enough said.
