If the 750 is set up with notill coulters and dropped into the hard untilled soil it does pull hard. As do all notill drills. Everyone that has a 13' to 16' notill drill around here has 125 to 175 hp on the front no mather the brand of drill.
The weight of the drill fully loaded with seed is heavy as well.
They all run duals as well and some even have front wheel drive on them.
I have a 3pt mounted 15' great plains with no notill coulters and the 856 struggled with it on the flat.
The 1086 pulls it fine. Lot of down pressure on these newer drills to keep the seed in the ground.
