Depends what your interests are.I for one can spend countless hours siting and watching the Shadows cross Canyon De Chelley but then I am an Artist at Heart and can do silly stuff such as that. I Paint Land Scapes in Acrylics and Oils so that is my thing for the glorius scenery of the South Western United States. But if you are doing the tourist thing and have limited time I would say that you should first aquire a good Tour Schedule and see if what you want to see in a set time frame is possible. Time and Distance is a limiting factor to enjoyment of our great part of the United States. Set a realistic Itenerary for the time you have available and go for it.You can see Canyon Lands from an Auto in your time frame but will you enjoy it? John from Arizona's High Desert.
