My brother has a either a 8000 pound or 12000 pound winch on his tilt-bed car trailer. He does a little junking and pulled an old straight eight buick sitting on dirt with no motor in it. It had a small tree growing through where the motor was. the winch pulled the buick on the trailer regardless of the tree.
