The stop chains that are on my dad's 2N are bolted to the bottom of the 3rd point mount. From there he connected them to the opposite holes of the draw bar. This gave a "triangle " effect and held the draw bar wherever you set it, so you could run the PTO and not worry about the bar dropping. (just make sure that the lever on the r/side of the seat is locked in down position)
