Energy prices sure went up, now sure have dropped. Makes quite a see-saw or rollercoaster effect for all of us, as other things follow the same up & down rollercoaster with a slight lag time.
There are many alternative energy ideas, some good, some rediculous. Low gasoline prices & an ecconomy in recession will kill off any investment in them again.
