HELP - Wagner Loader question

I'm a new owner of a TO30 with a Wagner loader which needs some TLC. (Loader model unknown - I believe it is a step through model with down pressure) Question 1: What pressure rating hydraulic hose should I use (one blew out yesterday) Question 2: How do I fill/check the hydralic fluid on the loader? What fluid type? Any idea where I can get a manual? Thanks in advance. -Scott
