a few weeks ago I asked if there was a common issue with the 5.4 knocking and got many suggestions. I finally got it apart and the #4 cylinder has spun and spit out a rod bearing. That being said can the #4 piston be pulled out the bottom and reinstalled? this is the back one on the passenger side I have tried to find this elsewhere but no good info hope you guys can help
