As I understand it they were charged because there was no paper report of the shooting. The BP requirements don't call for a papaer report of a shooting in a case like this. The whole case is garbage, the bad guy/victim a big drug dealer who was given special dispensation by the Prosecutor. This case stinks to high heaven and they need a pardon.
BTW- I've been a cop ofr over 20 years and I can see a political hack job as easy as the next guy.
