I see this LTC basking in self glorification. He is elevating himself to a moral position above the sheep. Point in fact, he claimes we are sheep, we are humans ! Sure, I have met officers that could not organize a one man parade. The good Officers (and NCO's for that matter)lead by example and yelling things like "Follow me". He is using some tragic events, to seeminingly elevate his own position and is insulting when he suggests the rest of us don't know how to take care of ourself. The LTC also says that "sheep are psychologically destroyed in combat". I think of all of the men and women with PTSD and TBI and I think that LTC clown could not me more insulting or offensive to troops that are suffering ! Him as a leader, I would not follow him into a Walmart. He must be a Marine LTC.
