I had a set of Sport King tires on my truck once, I think they were made under the medalist brand name. They were about a 50,000 mile tire. Good road wear, great traction in mud & snow, and they really weren't that loud on the highway. They didn't cost too much either, but that was a few years ago.
This was on a 88 F150 2wd. We would haul 1 ton skids in the back from time to time and also loads of feildstone. Those tires held without issue, and now they're off the rim and waiting to get put on the haywagons.
