WD40 is worth less in a locked up engine. Water works better then it does. Blow that stuff out and fill the cylinders with ATF and let it sit. NEVER ever try to pull one thats locked up or it can cost you broken parts big time. Then after about a week set a battery in it and use short fast taps on the starter. Watch for it to pop free. If it starts to move then keep it moving if not let it sit a bit longer
