It can possibly be repaired depending on where the leak is. Mine had a leak around one of the bolts on the bottom tank and I was told by two reputable repair shops that any fix would be a "patch job". The bottom and top tanks are crimped and they couldn't take the tank apart and put it back together so the repair would be done from the outside and it would just be a patch. I ended up buying a used radiator, there are plenty of them around.

If you are going to have one pressure tested I would also have it tested for flow. I don't know what the flow rate should be but a radiator shop should be able to tell you whether it has good flow or not.
