Zetor 8540 tractor are they any good???

There is a less than two year old,under 600 hour Zetor 8540 4x4 tractor for sale around here.It is priced about where the major makes are(except for Deere)at about 15 years old.I've heard that J/D owns Zetor and sells them painted green.Are these tractors any good?I'll be using it as my main tractor,mostly haying and some light tillage.what do you think of them? Thanks
