YOu know your right. and this new administration is wanting to put even higher taxes on the large corporations in this country. Now when that happens one of twp things is gonna happen. Either the ywill pass the cost on to the consumers who are not getting raises which means we can't buy the product or, they will move there manufacturing out of this country and into one that will give them a break or work with them.If the latter happens guess what? We lose American jobs which means more people out of work and can't buy anything which means less money in the economy etc etc..
I am a skilled craftsman in the tool and die trade, been a tool and die maker for 25 years and You know what? I really have a problem with people who can learn their job in 1-2 weeks making the same as I do. I have invested time in learning a skill and invested in my tools and my wage is about what the average top out is across the country but here are these guys who think they should be paid the same and not have the skills?? If you want the money learn a trade or go to school.
