'm not a high roller either just purchasing parts for my and Dad's old equipment and collection. Just $1000-$3000 on parts, odds and ends etc a year usually. One and only new thing I've purchased was a little 22B V-ripper last month. Walk in there every month or two or three and North Ridge and the sales manager and all three parts counter staff know me by name. I suggest you write a letter to the somebody at Deere and tell them. You used to get great service and now rebuffed. Deere is image conscious and does care.
