If your front tires are toed out at the bottom, the front spindle bushings are worn.Next is to check your steering box at the base of the steering colounm.I have found that this steering box, is most likely, the least serviced unit on these tractors.The box has a drain plug along with a fill plug, on it. I have had to take them off an work hard to get them cleaned out. Jack the front end up off the ground, try it then, and if you need to proceed, take off the linkage, between the box and the front end. There ouy will solve your problem.Take care Uncle Bem. Kurt
