I have had back problems and now hip problems. Found that if I throw out my boots as soon as I see them wearing over it helps a BUNCH. I have also gone to wearing the same boots as the police use. The ones I get are made by RG and are called a 6"delivery boot. They have them in many styles and heights. The ones I get I buy from a store called Big 5. They have them on sale regularly for about $25 a pair. I used to wear Red Wings and the worked good but were darn hard to throw out when the wore out due to the price. I had a pair of Mason Farm boots that I had repaired a couple times Heels and Soles but the leather stretched out finally. They were great boots. Just found that the RG boots were an easier way to go. Hate to throw out what look like pretty good shoes but they hurt! And what it good about that?
