Just a quick story about that blizzard in '78 I was about 13 and we had been on the farm less than 3 years. I remember Dad came up from the barn that night and said we would have a new calf by morning. The blizzard hit and that cow shut things down, 3 days later Dad and I helped the vet pull that calf. Cow and calf were fine but I got a heck of an education that weekend. Mike
