There was a posting in 1998 on this board by a Scott F. If he is still around maybe he'll see this posting. He bought a tractor with the same type of a problem, lead in the tires. There was no follow up on what his outcome was, but a posting suggested it was EXPENSIVE to get rid of the powder. There was a warning DON"T BREATHE IN THE POWDER. I won't even touch it.
