Gary, I was at the Clay Co. fair a few years ago and they were running peacans though a cracking machine, and they were coming out pretty much perfect, I think the machine was cracking the peacans end-wise. I am not sure of this but they were selling peacans in a bag and the meats of the peacans looked whole. So there is a way. Try it once and see what happens. Which reminds me of the time I was at Winner SD. on a cattle buying trip and there was a grain truck loaded with English walnuts that he was selling out the grain gate, he had it hoisted up and would fill a paper bag full of walnuts. I had never obsured such.
