I am attempting to build a tractor similar to a Holder trackless articulated for mowing and snow plowing. I would like to drive the differentials with hydraulic motors. This would allow me to have a tighter turning radius and simpler driveline. I am looking for info on how much torque is required @ the input of a 3:73 diff with 15" tires. Any specs for other tractors of similar size (35hp) would be appreciated. Need engine HP @ what RPM, gear ratios of tranny, rear reduction ratio, and wheel diameter. From this I can get a good idea of what kind of power I will need. Thanks.
