Just for interesting comparisons. Corn this past year was 20,000 aproxx, dry land lighter soil, will increase to 25,000 in "09 with 85 -95 day maturity.
Soybeans- "08>120,000 on 12" rows. Will increase to 140,000 in "09 with a taller variety with a .6 maturity.
