I started smoking at 15 years old.At 55 I was smoking three large packs a day and was never sick a day. I retired and within a month had a heart attack.While a smoker i tried everything to quit from gum to the patch to a machine.At time I did all three while still smoking. While at the emergency room the night of my heart attack the heart doctor asked me how much do you smoke.
