What model should look for

Had a friend come by wanting to know what tractors were available like he was wanting. He wants an off set seat and live PTO. Tractor will be used for lawn mowing by his wife (5 ft at most and 120 lb) and he will use it to cultivate small sweet corn patch. He said he was thinking something like an IH 274. I am not up on the IH so not sure just what it looks like. He said he would like to have Diesel but it could be gas. Now you have the info what should I have him look at?? AD
