You don't have to buy it from them. Many places sell any gauge you want, and a lot cheaper than Nuday. Test equipment uses a high-end gauge and also escalates the price. In our Deere shop, we used cheap gauges and they worked find. We had a Deer calibrator, and checked them once in awhile. Just as accurate as the pricey gauges. You don't need something that fancy to get the job done. You can buy 1000, 2000, 3000 5000, 10,000 PSI, etc. - for $20 each or less.
You're better off with a 5000 lb. gauge though, for measuring Deere tractors at 2250 PSI.
